Keto and Low carb Freindly. We LOVE it!
These are fantastic for the keto diet. Pasta is a vice of my roommate's and ramen is mine. So, I told him that if he found me a solution for my ramen cravings, I would find him a pasta he can make regularly without risk of cheating on the diet. These worked better than we thought. The texture is very close to aldente pasta and the taste, though a little bland, adapts well to different dishes. FYI, the ramen was delicious. A couple tips... 1. It says to rinse thoroughly. Do just that. We didn't pay attention the first time and were left with an odd taste and funky smell. 2. Boil it for 5-8 minutes before drying it off in a pan, instead of the 2 minutes on the instructions. On a separate note, one of the packs I ordered had a small puncture and leaked all over the box. I know this item is not eligible for return, but Amazon customer service was very helpful with this.

Great
These are excellent. My family will use it as pasta for me.

The texture is really bad.
I wanted to try this because of the no carb aspect. I followed the instructions. I mixed it with some ground beef and Rao pasta sauce, and while the ground beef and pasta sauce was delicious, the fettuccine noodles fell flat for me. The texture was just awful, I couldn’t stomach it. It tasted like plastic with ground beef and sauce. I split it in two servings like the package suggested. By the end of the second serving, I was convinced I was eating plastic. Just not palatable for me in the least. They did absorb the flavor, but plastic has a very distinct taste that didn’t go away with my flavorings. Don’t recommend this product and will be throwing away the rest. A waste of my money.

The angel hair mixed with one zoodled zucchini is just the right texture.
A big Yes on the angel hair! Yes, it's chewy, and yes it's flavorless. But I rinse the noodles as directed, chop them up a bit, sautee them to dry a bit, and then throw in one zoodled zucchini, sautee some more, then add 1 chopped garlic clove. I serve it up with olive oil, salt and pepper, chopped basil if I have it, and top it off with finely shredded Manchego goat cheese. Yummy and filling. Since zoodles are too soft and miracle noodles are too chewy, they balance out and make a just right texture. I only gave 4 stars because the fettuccine was a chewy bust. There should be no gut issues at all as long as you are used to fiber in your diet.

Good Pasta Substitute, but definitely not the same
I have had this product before so I knew what to expect. I think if you're trying to lower your carb count or if you are gluten/grain free, this is a good option. It definitely does need to be rinsed well and I soak it in clean water too, pat it dry with paper towels, then saute it and have it with pasta sauce, in a stir fry, etc. I think it would also be good in soup or pho. It doesn't have any taste, it just absorbs the flavor of whatever you serve it with. My husband doesn't really like it because it doesn't have quite the same texture as regular pasta, but he doesn't need to watch his weight, so he can eat regular pasta.
