The concept of this non toxic air fryer is great, but the reality is, it isn’t as easy as it looks compared to other air fryers we are used to. It takes double the time to cook anything but my main issue is when u wash the glass bowl (as the self cleaning doesn’t take away stubborn stains) the oils gets stuck in between the glass bowl and the base, which makes it very difficult to clean. I bought this for ease but there is definitely a few teething issues with this product that manufacturers need to look at.

Ok, but not very well designed. Gives off a toxic smell when cooking and really doesn't self clean. Not worth the money.

Great overall product. I purchased this with a strong desire for a product with no toxic materials. It works very well however the glass bowl is permanently fixed to the base and oils have dripped into the base with no practical way to clean it since the base cannot be removed from the bowl. Otherwise the only practical cooking drawback is its size. It would really be better if it were larger/taller to improve capacity. Sadly not possible to cook something in the rotisserie cage with something below it. I was looking for a replacement for my dual tray ninja air fryer, but this does not compare I. Terms of capacity and quick turn around if food. You’re really limited to cooking only a small amount of food at a time so it does not make a complete substitute for a conventional air fryer.

I have just sent an email to the Seller so am looking forward to receiving their support and feedback. I am sorry to say that the attachable motor for the Rotisserie is defective and the ‘arm’ of the Tumbler which connects into the motor side is no longer perpendicular. It seems that it has become bent. Basically, the motor stops randomly multiple times during a cooking cycle. It still happens with brand new batteries. It seems like the motor attachment is not attaching (biting in) properly anymore. It has to be removed and reset; sometimes I have to hold it in a particular position for it to work at all… This has been going on for a couple of months now. The ‘light’ remains ‘on’ but the rotor stops. It was more recently that I noticed the arm has become bent. We liked the product very much initially. I have asked the Seller to send a replacement motor and tumbler.

The air fryer works well overall and does a great job for everyday use. I also had a good experience with customer care, which was responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that replacement parts may be harder to find in Canada.

I really love this air fryer! As a mom, having a non-toxic option was very important to me, and I love that it has a glass bowl instead of the typical nonstick coating. I also love being able to actually see the food while it’s cooking, no more opening it every few minutes to check! I made empanadas the other day and they came out SO good, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. I’ve also been using it for veggies, reheating food, and everyday cooking, and everything has turned out great. The accessories are actually useful too, which I really appreciate because that’s not always the case with air fryers. It’s also just a really beautiful, well-designed appliance. The glass makes it feel different from other air fryers I’ve had, and the self cleaning feature is such a bonus. Honestly, one of my favorite kitchen purchases lately!

This air fryer is not only beautiful, but it’s multifunctional, and even self cleans!! It’s not too noisy, haven’t noticed any odors, and it’s non toxic, and fun to see your food cook in real time. I wouldn’t mind it if it was just a little bit bigger for things like a turkey, but honestly, it’s perfect. If it were bigger, I’m not sure how often I’d use it. I’m able to store it away with the size it is, so I’m very content. I don’t know that I would have much use for it if it was much bigger anyway haha The controls are great and very beginner friendly. I’ve been very pleased with it!!

I was initially excited to be able to purchase a nontoxic air fryer with a glass bowl. After receiving my Fritaire I decided to roast a whole chicken. I found the smallest chicken that I could find which I believe was under 3 pounds. It took me a while to get it on the rotisserie rod, but I finally got it hooked up. I then attached the motor and turned it on and nothing happened. I took the motor back off and realized it required batteries which the book never said anything about adding batteries to the motor. After adding batteries, I reattached it and started the rotisserie. Several times the motor just popped off. The chicken, even though it was small, could barely turn around on the rotisserie.The motor got so hot that the plastic melted off one of the batteries. There are also two plastic buttons inside the glass container. When you wash the glass container, water gets underneath the base and there’s no way of drying it off. I didn’t try any of the other attachments. Well the concept is a great idea. I believe there are a lot of kinks that still need to be worked out. If an improved model were made, I would purchase it again, but for now I will be sending it back.

This air fryer performs well and cooks food effectively, but the overall design feels a bit clunky compared to other air fryers I've used. Handling and removing food requires more effort than expected, and even putting the lid on can sometimes be more cumbersome than it should be. One concern is the amount of heat the exterior generates. Our unit sits under a cabinet in a corner, and the area gets hot enough that the power cord appears to be showing some signs of warping. It's something worth considering when deciding where to place it. We haven't had a chance to use most of the included accessories yet, but they seem well thought out and are a nice addition. I also like the available cooking functions and the control panel layout. Ultimately, we purchased this model because we wanted a non-toxic air fryer, and there aren't many options in that category. While the design could be improved, the cooking performance and non-toxic construction make it a worthwhile choice for those with similar priorities.
