I do feel it is a very good cleaner.! It does remove eye makeup. It's not drying to my skin.

It has a very mild scent most likely from it’s ingredients. It reminds of when I would get aromatherapy massages from this Chinese guy years ago. It’s not as strong tho, it’s very mild.
