Is there a limit on the number of people that can access the app to send pictures to the frame?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. There is no limit to the number of members you can invite to join your frame. There is also no limit to the number of photos you can add to the frame with $0 cost.

My brother is disabled and can’t use his hands. Can I turn the screen and on remotely via my phone/app?

Hi Shara, You can remotely control the frame timer and set - or change - the times at which you want the Aura frame to turn on or off. Our frame range also offers an auto timer that uses the light conditions in the room to automatically turn on in the morning and off in the evening. does this have to be plugged in?

Thank you for your question. Yes, all Aura Frames need to be plugged into an electrical outlet and connected to WiFi with Internet access to operate.

I LOVE this so much! Easy to set up and use. Holds unlimited pictures and short video clips. Easily upload from your phone. Perfect for any home. Would make a very thoughtful gift too. I could sit and watch the pictures all day. The quality of the pictures are amazing and it’s such a great way to watch and remember special memories. The app for your phone is very easy to use. Has a sleep mode for when you turn off your lights at night. Very functional and practical.
