I bought this sonic cleaner and cleaner liquid to clean all my jewellery. All my gold rings came up lovely, the dirt that came out unbelievable. You however have to be careful not to put certain precious stones to be cleaned in it, read the instructions carefully. I left on the machine on the minimum time to clean all my jewellery. I did however find a sapphire fell out and some margozites. So will be more cautious active. It was easy to use, a bit noisy, good quality machine and good value

A good and sensibly priced bit of kit that does the job very well. In retrospect I should have perhaps gone for a slightly larger model as the tank on this one is quite small. They are quite noisy while running but this isn't a problem as you just don't stay in the room while it's working it's magic. I tested it on my wet razor which came up like new.

Bought this for giving my mountain bike chains a super deep clean as part of my regular maintenance schedule & this is perfect size to have on the workbench, the quality is awesome, really good cleaning performance it removes all the contaminants dirt, lube & or wax, the tank is just about the right size for a 12 speed 1by MTB/eMTB chain. It feels quite durable & the dials are nice & firm to turn, it isn’t quiet but not loud as to effect my tinnitus. It does have many uses for small parts as it’s quite small.

I'm writing this review from the point of a jeweller. As we know these machines are brilliant to have int the workshop. I haven't had this long enough to rate the longevity of it but I am pleased with it. I love the dials instead of digital controls. It is quite a vibrant ultra sonic, my last one was a cheap supermarket one and it did the job but this has a lot more umph to it. The temprature comes up quickly, and being aware that it may over heat i just have it turned on when i use it to avoid any mishaps there. It has easily removed polish residue (Luxi, so water based), good removal of gunk form years of wear on old jewellery, and i think it wioll do well on tarnish if you have the right solution in the water. So far the only downfall is the basket marks (or can mark) silver when it vibrates in the basket, i had to pull it out and repolish. I haven't had that problem with gold, and i'll make some copper wire inserts to suspend the jewellery in the solution in future. I am pleased with it, and i highly recommend it as a good reasonably priced workshop tool.

Fab piece of kit

I'm slightly sceptical regarding cheap ultrasonic cleaners to be honest. I have used proper commercial ones on ships to clean fuel injector nozzles and even these struggle a bit. However, I had a carburettor to clean on a bike I'd had stashed in a shed forever while I renovated a house and figured for the price I'd give it a go. It's quite surprising the amount of gunk in the carb thanks to numb-nuts here not draining the fuel out when I put the bike to one side. One thing apart from the price attracted me to this unit and that it actually looks like a workshop cleaner not a tarted up plastic thing you often see. I know that's not necessarily the best way to buy something but I figured it was a good starting point. When I got this - and bearing in mind I paid just over £100 - I was more than surprised at how well made it is. Really. It does give a better impression of quality than the price suggests and looks perfectly at home in my workshop. So, in the box you get the ultrasonic cleaner with basket inside, instructions and a premoulded UK plug. Simple and easy. To use, put the cleaner of your choice in - I used carb cleaner for these baths - and then turn it on and chose how long and how hot. For me that was simply the max on both. Realistically I can't see any real benefit of not just maxing this out as it's not likely to vibrate anything into atoms like some massive industrial job. And it did a fine job of removing the gunk from the carb. Okay, I couldn't get the whole unit in but the important manky bits were submerged and it worked fine. I do recall I ran it twice through at the end of which it was very clean indeed. So, bottom line is that for the money, this is a cracking bit of kit.

I did my research in an effort to buy a British product. Encouraged by the large Union Flag on the DK website and their claim to be based in Yorkshire I made a purchase. Sadly the product is imported (see photos)

Excellent appareil, plus volumineux que les modèles « ménagers ». Fonctionne très bien. Bruyant. Par contre le récipient n’est pas plus grand que sur les modèles « ménagers » plus petits ! Vu la taille de l’appareil c’est un peu décevant, mais c’est peut-être au profit de la qualité..,

Für den Hausgebrauch völlig ausreichend. Schmuck, kleine Werkzeuge oder ähnliche metallische Gegenstände macht das Gerät ordentlich sauber. Wichtig ist auch ein vernünftiges Reinigungsmittel zu benutzen. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.

Ich schreibe Normalerweise nicht groß Bewertungen, jedoch möchte ich dieses Ultraschallbad bewerten. Ich finde das Ultraschallbad wirklich am besten von allen die ich bisher hatte ! Spitze verarbeitet, super Reinigungsleistung und sehr einfach zu bedienen und eine auch lange Laufzeiteinstellung. Auch wenn es nicht groß bewertet wurde finde ich es kaum zu überbieten für diesen Preis !
