Buyer Beware
Laptop looked pretty beat up with what looked like super glue on the top of the screen, then again, I knew I was buying a refurb. Shut down after first day of set up. Second day it wouldn't boot up. I maybe could have trouble shot it, but I didn't buy something I needed to fix. Also, there was an after market charger. Returned for refund.

If you are hesitant, dont be! Great laptop!
I was skeptical on purchasing a reman laptop online. Received the laptop very well packaged. Dell Latitude 5420 came as advertised and works exceptional! Great replacement to my old laptop. Battery life is great, touch screen & keys work flawlessly. Purchased a very capable fast laptop with plenty of storage for a fraction of the price of purchasing a new one.

good old/renewed laptop
So far so good, its running just fine. The laptop was shipped with a skin cover of the same color which was kind of cool but I removed it anyway and I found few scratches on the actual laptop skin which is fine because this is 3-4 years old laptop and you cannot expect them to be scratch free. Screen is FHD so it is good, battery life is decent and sound quality is also decent.

Great Purchase
Just wonderful! I was hesitant to buy a renewed laptop but it is exactly as descripted and in a great condition, the laptop arrived earlier than expected. Thanks very much !

Failed after 164 days CeetronixComputers
Buyer be ware, Ceetronix Computers. This laptop arrived working and after 164 days it stopped charging. Replaced power supply and still not working. They would not honour a warranty past 90 days. Eventually the battery drained and the laptop shut down no power. Since they would not remedy this issue I decided to open it up. To my surprise a screw fell out and further inspection found a screw lodged in the circuit board. Also a lot of screw where loose. They obliviously botched the refurbishing. Having explained all this they still would not exchange the unit. I tried to resolve this with them but did not succeed. They sold me a defective computer, yes it worked at first, but it was only a matter of time before it failed because of the screw issue. Do not buy from this vendor.
