Very satisfied customer with rave reviews
Delivery was very timely and the product was in great condition. I received a thank you note for my purchase from the company. This product it wonderful and just what I needed. It works great! It's so nice to be able to steam clean without lifting the tank of water and without using harsh/harmful chemicals. I am using this on the cabinets, to clean out the fridge, stove, countertops, bathroom, etc. I am very happy with my purchase!

Missing pieces
I realized out of the return window that this was missing a piece and now I'm unable to use it. Its the one piece that connects the hose to the different attachments. The photo shows the price but the user manual does not show that the price is included.

Works great
This is a great size to use and quite portable. I found the attachments provided to be exactly what I needed for a big job so that I didn’t need to buy any others. The gloves that came with it didn’t last long but I didn’t really expect them to for the price.

Works great, just beware of the water the comes out of it before the steam. Can make a mess.

Good quality and value for money.
Quality product and very easy to use. Not used it much yet but did use it to remove wax crayon from carpet and it was brilliant. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Too HOT!
This gets extremely HOT! The machine itself, including hose. Mine has melted. I'm waiting to hear how seller is going to remedy this situation. Seller Immediately sent me a new machine.

Recieved used/broken cleaner
Unfortunately we had to return before trying it out. It arrived stained, dirty and wet, clearly used. The prongs on the cord broken off. We're returning and probably ordering another because it looks like it could be a great steamer and everyone else's reviews look fine. Hoping its a fluke.
