Per Serving size of one tablet there are three primary ingredients Calcium 30 mg, Chloride 100 mg, Magnesium 6mg. Other ingredients: Ammonium chloride, betaine hydrochloride, calcium chloride, calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, and calcium stearate.

Q: How long (ballpark) does it take before seeing results with this, for inflammation?

I took it long ago for a heel spur. Unfortunately it about two years for the spur to completely go away but it sure beat the alternative (surgery). It was $10 a month at the time. This time I am trying it again for spurs in my knee. It has only been about four months now but I still have hope.
