The best hiking shoe you can ask for! very sturdy, good looking and comfortable! Does not require a long breaking in time. The size is right. However, if you have a slightly wider feet, I would suggest that you opt for the wide option as if you have to walk a lot, the feet tend to swell a bit, making the shoe a bit tight around toes. This is a personal preference, nothing wrong with the shoes. Go for it, nothing comes close to Moab 3!

I love these Meryl shoes that I went out and bought two more identical pairs. They have been comfortable to wear from day one and are great to walk on all terrains. At the time, they were discounted and I believe I picked up a bargain too. How good is that:-) I am happy to recommend this product to others

Moab 3 Merrells are IK. Not as good as the original Maipo series, but pretty good anyway
