If used with weight scale with timer, the measurement and timing can be checked presisely. However concentration is necessay as both water weght and time are keep changing. Some getting used to is required.

確りとしたコーヒーを出すのには良いです しかし、結局面倒なのでV60に落ち着くと思います(笑) 私はコレクターアイテムとして飾って有ります(笑)

I already had two pour over sets made in Japan - one ceramic, and one copper. I no longer use those, and just use this one. The results are faster and easier. I don't bother with the slow pour over process, and careful timing, and all the waiting. This is so much more practical. And its good quality. The glass and silicone have a nice heft to them, and don't seem too fragile. My only slightly complaint is that the filters don't fit super well and tend to fall over a bit - compared to the pour over systems with fluted filters which are more stable. I have to hold this filter open with one hand to pour the ground coffee in, and make sure its set in a stable way.

Esta muy bonito todo y esta muy bien tener esta v60 switch como otra gran opción, la verdad solo lo uso cuando solo hago una sola taza de cafe, y la mayoría de los dias hago mas de una para toda mi familia, lo que me encanto es que la jarrita que trae también sirve como taza ya que es muy chiquita y es una taza muy única. La switch en si es muy fácil de usar y es una forma de hacer cafe muy fácil para principiantes. Mi única queja, es una queja realmente muy pequeña y es que lavarlo es un poquito mas difícil que una v60 normal ya que tiene muchas partes escondidas y si no tienes cuidado puedes perder la bolita que viene adentro o la pieza de plástico que hace funcionar el mecanismo
