Easy to work with. The adhesive is sticky, duh. But what I mean is it's difficult to cut with scissors and sticks to fingers. It comes off by rubbing them on a cloth. Seems to stay adhered to walls and metals. I found it pretty satisfactory.

After the faom was allowed to expand, it both looks and/or works great. I'm using this sound damping foam in my basement art studio. I run multiple air compressors, for airbrushing/painting, as well as sanders, grinding, saws, etc. The sound damping foam works as advertised, more so when you take into account close neighbors don't hear me working on projects at 3am.

18 square feet was the right amount of insulation to cover the interior roof of my beloved land yacht. Easy to cut and measure. Sticky!

I used this on the roof of my Chinese excavator. That thing was humming along quite well at many frequencies and needed to be attenuated. I bought this product for this purpose but quickly found out that it was not dense enough. While it did attenuate the noise by about 50%, the material is just not dense enough to get more out of it. I will say though that the glue they used is fantastic. If/when I remove it to install something different, it’ll be a chore to take it off.
