In this pot you get 120 tablets and the recommended dose is two per day, so this is approx. two months supply. The tablets are flat, round and a little bit chalky, and they have a herby/earthy smell but no noticeable aftertaste so I was able to swallow them with no trouble. I looked up the health benefits of this supplement before purchasing and recommend doing that too. So far I haven't really noticed any effect with taking them, but the benefits are gained through regular long-term use, so I will persevere and see how it goes!

I have been taking these for about 2 weeks now and I haven't really noticed any difference in energy levels, I train at home so due to having a small amount of equipment I don't really overdo it, it's mainly just maintenance training so it's hard to say whether they work or not, if you are a gym goer and looking for something to give you lift at £16 for a 2 month supply they are worth a try, there's no after taste they don't smell bad and they are easy to take.

Organics sprees gokshura tablets were good size so easy to swallow, plus eating gokshura has helped me built my body strength back. Definitely recommend these as the label seems clean

I’m glad there are 120 tablets in the container to have a better opportunity to assess any impact. I decided to get these because they are suppose to help with the urinary track system. I’ve gotten a couple of infections within a short span of time. So far so good but I’ve not used up the entire bottle. I might just take 1 a day for the remainder of the content. I was also hoping it would help with hormone regulation and I think they might have made a slight difference. I will probably be getting another bottle.
