I was kinda skeptical on the lower price , thought it would be flimsy, or underperform I was wrong great product , put in a 4”x7’ shower the rains gives you enough flooding over your body, the hand spray is efficient with the spray but also has the jet mode at the end helps with clean the shower and dogs, body spray works well along with the shower head , only changed I would do would be able to use them all or maybe 2 at the same time Shipped in a well protected box , color is true ( I have brushed gold ) I would buy again

I’m a long time bathroom remodeler and I decided to try this out. It installed easily as any system should. I love the water pressure and the ability to adjust it. I only installed two of the spray nozzles. I feel the nozzles are not as powerful as the rest of the system. Overall I’m pleased with this and hopefully it will last 20 years. Pricing is more realistic compared to others in the market. I recommend this!

Update!!! The issue we had was due to an error with the plumber's installation, not the shower system! I changed the review from a 1-star to a 4-star. I love the shower system, but a lot of the issues could have been resolved if the installation instructions had been clearer. The manufacturer is a little difficult to contact. There isn't a phone number to call and the answers (emails) come from China. Don't expect an immediate response. In our experience, when there is an issue and you are able to get in touch with the manufacturer, they will keep responding until the issue is resolved. The only other thing that could be beneficial is to add a small strip of material to make it easier to turn the know when it's wet. If you're taking a shower and want to adjust the water temp, it can be difficult to turn the know when your hands are wet. CAUTION!!! Do your research! We are doing a bathroom remodel and purchased this because of the three-way functionality of the heads. The bathroom was finally finished and we tried to use the shower but there's NO COLD WATER! The system only allows hot water through and I almost scalded myself. I've had our plumber back to try to adjust it but haven't had any luck. They've tried to contact the company but haven't heard back from them. We spent almost 30K remodeling a bathroom and shower but can't use the shower. It's very frustrating!!!!

Quality piece, quickly delivered, my installer liked it so much he asked me where to get them. I have been using it for about 3mo now and am still very happy with it. It also came very well packaged. No issues

There is very low pressure in the body jets. Even when they are the only things operating. I am very disappointed
