Being in menopause for nearly 20 years and currently taking hrt products for 14 years I recently noted joint and bones aches. I did research and thought I'd try these along with vitamins and zinc dissolvable tablets. I stopped having the dissolvable tablets and the oestrocare tablets for 5 weeks. I've recently experienced all the aches and pains again so I've just restarted the vitamins and zinc tablets along with oestocare tablets so I can vouch that these tablets work because I ache in the mornings again. Very good for women in peri menopause and menopause.

I am now on my 4th re-order, I always shop around for the best price before re-ordering but this is easily the cheapest price for the same product. I have no evidence that it’s keeping my bones strong, but I will keep taking them, along with doing strength training and impact jumping. I like that it includes other minerals to aid absorption, but I do take a daily multi vitamin and mineral supplement in addition to this.

These are large tablets but shaped so they are easy to swallow. I really get a lot of benefit from them and will be using them every day as part of my daily routine
