Inaccurate description. Not good for indoors or outdoors. Cute but impractical.
This is not skid proof. I tried it indoors in front of our patio door. It scratched the floor, slid all over and shed. It’s also too thick for indoors as people kept tripping over it. So, I put it at our front door outside which is partially covered. I only had it 10 days and outside 5 of those days. It molded. I really thought it was cute but soooooo impractical especially for the price. Returned.

Beautiful welcome for holidays
This JOY entrance mat was perfect uplift to welcome family and friends during the holidays. The Mackenzie-Childs quality is always top notch and the coir is heavy weight so stays put. I cleaned easily with a garden blower. I was delighted to get a special price deal and will be storing for future years.
