Whatever level you're about to buy, go one level up trust me. Although the quality is great, You will outstretch the band very quickly so go up a level. I was able to cut the band into 4 bands at about 64 inches each.

I have purchased the gold bands, the silver bands, Blue tubing, green tubing and, black tubing. These are great for home gyms. You can make a fly machine with these and a 2x4 with eyebolts. Or you can get fancy and use some t-channel tubing or whatever. I love using these. They can be put away quickly and easily. They are ridiculously cheap. Especially compared to the cost of free-weights. You can isolate smaller smaller muscles like the top of your pectoral that connects to your clavicle. You can keep the muscle engaged for its entire range of movement. I frickin' love it.

Bought this for slingshot bands but to thin, but it does work doubled up very well, also used for resistance bands, black is very good for me.

Great for a lot of work-outs and stretches, a lot of rubber band in various resistance levels

Bought this to replace a grey band I snapped- this isn't as thick and the band isn't as wide as what I was replacing- more of a medium resistance.

Great theraband but not sufficient information has been posted that multiple quantities will increase the length of theraband. I got a short band as I gave quantity as 1.

Always a great rehabilitation and exercise tool but note the seller has assumed 6 yards and 6 metres are the same. They are not. The product is 18 feet or 5.5 metres in length.
