Decent quality
My toddler got a lot of use out of these and they are really cute. The Velcro began to rip off over time but luckily she had grown into the next shoe size up by the time we needed a replacement.

Had to return, size is too small.
Shoes were in good condition, but the size is not as expected. My daughter wears a toddlers size 6, and these shoes were way too small. Had to return them, and unfortunately they didn't have the next size up. :(

Cute. Maybe not best quality.
These are super cute and lightweight. However, my daughter has been wearing them for just a few weeks when the velcro separated from the fabric on one of them. I could glue or replace it probably pretty easily, but shouldn't have to on shoes that are just a few weeks worn.
