Yes the bag says it is...the look of the bag has changed. .these used to say all natural and they don't anymore which is concerning but my pups still love them

How hard are these treats? My dog doesn’t like the hard stuff and won’t chew the teething rings...

They don't seem nearly as hard as the teething rings to me...but my dogs are huskies so they have big teeth.

I would say all ages. They are great for teething puppies but my older dog loves them too!!
