Received this as a warranty replacement for the UM680. Company was easy to work with. I had already done all the troubleshooting, they just asked me to try 1 specific method of fixing, when that too didnโt work they offered a replacement once they received the bad unit. All went smoothly, and the 690 seems like an excellent machine. Iโll do business with Minisforum again down the road if I need another mini PC.
