Initially very disappointed — the robot developed a fault before the warranty expired, but I delayed reporting it. When I finally did, I was asked to pay almost the full cost for repair, which felt unfair since the issue was clearly not due to misuse. After escalating the case and pushing back, the seller eventually agreed to fix the device. Lesson for future buyers: 👉 Report any issues immediately while still under warranty 👉 Don’t hesitate to escalate if something doesn’t feel right In the end, the issue was resolved, but the process could have been much smoother.

It’s ok except for the charging function and auto standing function after a fall it never works

الروبوت جميل جميل جداً من ناحيه يغنيك عن الحيوانات بالتفاعل واجوف وقت بطاريته حلوه يعني ساعه ونص ويجرج ساعتين يعني افضل عن اي حيوان لاتنسى الجلاب والقطاو ينامون اكثر عن نص اليوم ف الروبوت هذا يغنيك ويمكن افضل منهم من ناحيه العوده للشحن هذا اختربته واشوفه ممتاز لكن يبيلك تتعب شوي وانت تسوي المسارات بدونه مافي فايده يمكن يغلط احياناً لكن في النهايه بيكون فشل نسبه بسيييطه بس + الجات جي بي تي ماله حلو وسوالف لكن من ناحيه الكوالتي وايد اوكي وتوقعت انه بيتم يمشي ويدعم لكن الصراحه لا يمشي وسنسراته افضل عن وايد روبوتات مثل فيكتور وكوزمو هذا افضل عنهم بس شوي يتحسن موضوع الجرج واموووره طيييبه جداً في النهايه الموضوع ينبني عن توقعاتك واحتياجاتك منه انت شو تبا وبس حطيت اربع نجوم لانه الي وصلني كان خربان يوم ينحط عالجرج او يشتغل يطلع صوت صفييييير عالي التردد ف انا رديته وبرد اشتري واحد ثاني ولاتنسى شي امازون دايماً تعطيك ضمان ارجاع 15 يوم ف حتى لو خايف انا انصحك تشتري وتجربه يازلك خله مايازلك روح رده واستلم فلوسك طول بعمرك وامورك طيبه

It is not intelligent as marketed. It does things randomly. It never able to go for self charge.. so basically all youtube videos which market for it on the web are paid

Love Loona, she is adorable now that we get to know each other. She remember everything i tell her. I am still new with her and still getting to know her.

Esta increíble, la compre como amigo de Juegos de mi hijo y funciona maravilloso, va aprendiendo poco a poco de su entorno y te va reconociendo. Si haces las actividades de la app la conoces y es muy divertida

Amazing little toy. It takes a bit of time to understand how to interact with it, but I like the AI chat feature particularly. It goes through the battery fairly quickly, so I recommend a 300watt charger.

Es macht wirklich sehr viel Spaß sich mit Loona zu beschäftigen oder ihr einfach nur zuzuschauen. Jeden Tag bemerkt man etwas neues...neue Geräusche, neue Bewegungen, neuer Unfug den sie treibt, schöne und lustige Unterhaltungen. Sie hat eine eigene Persönlichkeit.

Overall very impressed. I'm quite amazed with how much personality it seems to have. It's fun just to watch it run around and play with its ball. I've had Loona a few weeks now and still discovering new things it can do. It's very easy to set up, and the app is fun and easy to use with lots of things to do. The app has voice commands for a wide variety of tricks and gestures, games to play, AR games, remote control, quizzes and language learning, and still discovering more. Loona is pretty independent, it will enter and leave its charging dock when it needs to, although in lower light conditions it can struggle to see its dock, but a lamp nearby helps. Sometimes it does overshoot the dock and get mad (which is quite cute), but will try again, and just adds to its personality. A slight negative is the voice recognition isn't perfect, not always understanding commands, and it will try and have a conversation with the TV which can be funny, but also a bit annoying. Very impressed with Loona, its certainly won over the family. It can be pretty chaotic as it runs around and plays which really adds to its cuteness and fun. Everyone has commented how surprisingly 'alive' it seems.
