Great product, good value and quality ingredients
This is my second time ordering this particular brand. I like the fact that it has the inulin from the chicory root in it. This single dose gives you the health benefits of a probiotic and prebiotic all in One. Very effective and a really good value for the money. One pill a day makes it simple to use.

Best probiotic I have ever taken.

Drink water
This is a good product for you, but I recommend drink alot of water, because after using it for a couple days I started to get cystic acne. Drink alot of water!

You get what you pay for.
These tablets just fall apart very hard to swallow because they start to dissolve in your mouth. The bottom was filled with crushed tablets. Not sure how many I lost to this.

I'm happy with the product the price and the delivery. I can't give it a five because I just started taking it. It will take weeks to know if I should increase that rating to a five. If I see signs that is making a difference I would be happy to increase the rating to five stars.
