What is included in the box?

Includes Inflatable Bounce House, Air Blower, Carry Bag, Inflatable Stakes, Blower Stakes, Repair Kit, Owners Manual. Essentially everything is included for you to start using it.

Can this be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes, the inflatable can be used Indoors and Outdoors if space permits. Please follow Owners Manual for correct setup in each location.

I heard the sound of leaks from the bouncer, is it normal?

Yes, air leaks from all the seams, this is necessary because the product is inflated with a constant air flow and the leakage from the seams is required to stop the product becoming over-inflated.

How many kids can go in it at the same time?

Recommended for 5 riders at a time ages 3 to 8 years old.

Is it safe for adults to go inside the inflatable with the kids?

No, inflatable safety rules recommendations state similar size riders must be playing at the same time. Also the weight limit for this inflatable is 60 pounds per rider.
