Simple by great accessory tool
Good for warming up the muscles if you are tight on space. But definitely use as directed or you could pop the band

STRENGTHEN AND RELIEVE UPPER BODY PAIN!
I am a massive fan of ATG/Knees Over Toes by Ben Patrick, and I consistently use his programming for my lower body. The RipRight RipStick reminds me of the same programming but for the upper body! I use the RipStick first thing in the morning to prime my upper body for the day and prepare for my gym workout. I frequently pick them up and do a few reps while working at my desk. Also, the strong band is quite difficult, but they include two sets of easier bands, which I love. I'm working on building my strength to move from the small band to the big band. WATCH THE INCLUDED VIDEOS ON HOW TO USE THE RIPSTICK, OR YOU'LL WASTE YOUR TIME AND BREAK YOUR BANDS.
