Juven Therapeutic Nutrition Drink Powder Including Collagen Peptides, Amino Acids, and HMB for Wound Healing Support, Orange, 30 Packets

This just made a huge price jump across all platforms, but I can speak from personal and professional experience when I say that this product, taken twice per day, makes wounds heal faster. I personally prefer the unflavored version, fruit punch is my next favorite, orange is my third. I'm a nurse and use this for my patients with significant wounds to improve their rate of healing and I haven't had it let me down once. My patients don't mind the taste and tolerate it well. If you are struggling with a slow healing wound, this is WELL WORTH the cost.

I had surgery in July 2025. A few weeks later we noticed a small area was closed but the ‘bed’ (my doctor’s term for the bottom layers of the skin) was not healing. We tried different methods to promote the healing of that area to no avail including a wet to dry bandage. In September we decided to do a debridement. After the debridement, it looked as if it was healing well. Approximately three weeks later, it became infected on the inside which caused it to reopen. I then went to a wound care clinic. This clinic is part of a major, well known, top rated, specialty hospital that works with high risk patients of which I am a patient. They had me pack the wound with medicated gauze every other day. They also suggested that I drink two packets of Juven daily and eat lots of protein. It has been one month, the wound is now healed. Each staff member who examined me during my visits was convinced that the Juven played a major part of the healing. The difference between my first and second visit was clearly visible and it improved from week to week. They suggested that I continue it for two more weeks but I have been cleared to continue further treatments. I bought the fruit punch flavor and mixed it with 8 ounces water. The taste was fine for me. I drank it without food, between breakfast and lunch and then between dinner and bedtime. If I have another surgery, my intention will be to use Juven to help the healing process. Pricey? Yes. But we are all worth every penny. Recently had brachioplasty surgery and read taking this postop helps with healing. I take the recommend twice a day. I seem to be healing good. I read the other flavors tastes gross except this, and it tastes pretty good. Only thing is a box is 30 packs, so taking 2x a day makes it run out fast. But I think ur only suppose to take it for a few weeks anyway. Im irding another box so I can get a few more weeks out if it. It is very expensive. I used a 20 off coupon which help, but still expensive either way.

This product seems to be working well. I am not a huge fan of the taste as it is all pretty sweet yet also kind of bland? I think if it were a little more tart/sharp I would enjoy drinking it more and would raise the star count. As it is I treat it like I would a glass of Metamucil and just kind of throw it back to get it over with. I would recommend it but with caveats that it is about as tasty as any protein or fiber forward drink.

I feel great after surgery following a series of regime: taking my vitamins and supplements for quicker recovery, putting Arnica Cream mixed with Silicone Gel or Cream on my surgery incisions to lower the chance of scars, and added this drink into the mix. The Fruit Punch taste great, no nasty after taste, not sweet and easy to mix. Follow the instructions. I drink this once a day, (after dinner) for the next 2 weeks following surgery. Your body works hard to heal especially while you sleep so I just give it a boost to help it come along.

I needed a knee surgery, I am also struggling with celiac issues so this product combined well with my other powder medicine and made it more manageable and effective. I keep ordering it because of this reason and it makes me feel better overall. Every time I see someone they say that they are amazed at how well I’m doing post-operatively. If you are looking at a surgical procedure, why wouldn’t you want to heal yourself with everything at your disposal.
