Tankana 45" Buddha Wall Waterfall Fountain with Planting Groove, Gold

As a person who is not handy, this fountain was very intimidating to install. But that was just my mind playing tricks on me. INSTALLATION The install was very easy apart from the weight of the fountain. I am not familiar with how water pumps work. The one provided had suction cups on it. It was not sticking on the dry surface, even with some water dabbed on it. It suctions much better once it’s fully submerged. If you see one of the spouts at the top draining, it means one of the hoses disconnected from the pump. I was told by a friend that the pump must always be fully submerged so make sure that pump is suctioned down and the water fills at least 1 inch above it. LOOKS & SOUND This is a beautiful fountain. It’s rustic and feels very zen. The gold is bright but mixed with a fadedness that makes it feel older than it is- in a good way! The sound is very peaceful. I wanted something that reminded me of the sound of a Japanese garden in the movie Kill Bill and this sounds like that. I included a video of the sound for you to make sure it’s what you want. I can’t wait to finish off the surroundings to make this a peaceful atmosphere. PRICE I purchased this on prime day and so I got an excellent deal ($519.72 before taxes). I would say this fountain is a high value for what you pay. DURABILITY If I remember, I will try to update the review after 1 year to show how it withstands the Florida sun.

Excellent customer service. The water fountain itself was very nice piece of art. Unfortunately, had to return the water fountain because it did not turn out the right one for us. Seller was very accommodating and return experience was good. Seller’s replies were prompt and courteous. Thank you.

Arrived early but delivery person handed me pieces of the content and stated pieces kept falling out of the box. Box was not sealed properly. As for the fountain itself it was a great buy. I have received lots of compliments and feedback is it brings a sense of uniqueness and tranquility into my backyard. Pictures don’t do it justice
