Pain free
Someone who suffers tight pelvic floor. This contraption has realease that pain. Wish o knew about his product years ago. Such a simple design but a very effective product. If your really right yes there will be an uncomfortable pressure pain but then the pain is gone same day or the next day depending how tight you were on the first place

Does absolutely nothing to help with pain
Iโve ended up with nerve pain after using this product so be very careful. ยฃ40 is a lot of money to spend on something like this and to then have zero results from it

Helped coxcyyx pain
This has helped me after one use! I fractured my coccyx 3 years ago and the pain has been persistent. I have had physio, chiropractor, steroid injection and medication. The pain still persists and comes back. After a lot of reading about internal procedures (via rectum) I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. After using it I didn't really know if I had done it right and felt a bit disheartened (and a bit sore) however, the next day I have sat down with a significant reduction in my pain. This is so worth the money to say how much I have spent on this injury over the years. I feel like my tight sore muscles have been freed! Thank you.

Works great on pelvic floor
For me the vibration helped relax my pelvic floor better the non vibration. My PT recommended this product. It's helped soften my pelvic floor. Im in way less pain. Just goto therapist for extra poonter and teach me how to improve taking things in my own hands. It worked perfectly for 29 days it quit being able to charge it. It still works for its purpose. Just no soothing vibration. Luckily 30 return policy. Amazon took care of the issue. Would recommended this product if vibration is not used all the time might last longer

Game changer
My PT recommended this. Game changer to help with pelvic floor issues. I recommend if the regular peliv wand angles don't work for you. It's stiff enough that you can bend it to whatever shape you need, and it'll function perfectly. Helped me a lot

Great For High Tone Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
I've had pelvic pain for the last several months. Found out I had high tone pelvic floor dysfunction. Had spinal surgery that caused a lot of secondary issues. Had no idea back pain was responsible for contributing to this very uncomfortable problem. Was told by Urologist that the back pain was making me so stressed I was holding a lot of tension in my pelvis. ( I was like WTH, how did *THAT* happen?!) It took 2 months to see a pelvic floor physical therapist (the wait was 4 months, but was able to get in sooner) During my first visit, I was given exercises to help stabilize and strengthen my SI joints (which also connect to the pelvis) And, I was introduced to this handy device on my second PT visit. It's easy to use. Wash it with warm water & soap. Dry, then and apply lubricant. Use a simi circle motion (U shape) rolling back and forth; when you find a tender spot, apply very light pressure (use the small end) I was instructed to use it twice a day for 5 minutes. At first you may only want to do it once a day and build up from there-- because twice a day is a lot if you're just starting out. *also, you don't have to inset very far *second knuckle of index finger I was completely freaked about about using it *I'm talk deer in the headlights frozen* but if I can use it anyone can. I agree about having a PT work with you first; however, there's a lot of information on YouTube if you're willing to spend some time educating yourself. If you watch enough videos you'll be better informed. They cover what it is, what it does and how to use it. In addition, a crash course in where the pelvic floor structure is located. Hope this helps educate and clarify for anyone who also shares this fairy common condition. Update: I'm using my Wand 2 times daily.. It's really helping when I feel knotted up/urgency/pelvic floor spasm. After a lot of research on my part, I found out there's a 'Purdendal Nerve' located around S2 S3 (SI joint area) It's an often overlooked cause of pelvic floor pain...so IF you have pain in the SI joints, that nerve could possibly be a culprit. Had to bring it to my spinal pain management doctors attention. Getting a Nerve block (going though the back/SI area) to see if that little twerp may be part of the issue.
