I bought this 20 lb weighted vest to make my daily walks and my stair stepper workouts more challenging, and it definitely does the job! That said, it’s heavier than I expected — 20 lbs doesn’t sound like much until you’re a mile in! I’d recommend starting with something lighter if you’re new to weighted vests. Overall, though, it’s a great way to add intensity and build endurance. Comfortable, durable, and worth the investment.

I have been using this vest since March, and I have to say, it helps me burn extra calories. You feel like you have really put more effort. I wear it on my stepper, for long walks and while doing housework. Just be careful about doing too much bending, as you can hurt your back.

Great to add to body weight exercises or just to walk. 16lb is pretty legit. The fit and feel is good. Adjust for the most part to you but mine is a little big but I love adding it to my workouts.
