However, a single mint is more than enough to help shake off my usual grogginess after waking up. The mints do have a strong caffeine taste but the overall flavor is not off-putting when combined with the mint flavor.

Product worked pretty well for me. Very easy to use and the energy I got nice for the middle of my day. It was just a little energy and it did great. The only issue I had was the taste. the taste was a little mint-like but an unpleasant taste came shortly after. The unpleasant taste stayed with me for a while after I finished the mint.
