Heck, even Lowe's or Home Depot will have a bolt that can satisfy the requirements. I used to have a park stand, and I still love their clamp over this (and every other) stand's clamp, but for the money, this is a nice product. It can't hold a tandem, but few bike stands can. If a bolt breaks or is stripped I'll get the drill and the easy outs, or find a replacement from the HD hardware aisle. Park Tools are great, but they're just a status symbol brand like Snap-On, etc...
