This company makes other good tasting collagen powders, such as chocolate or vanilla. Raspberry lemon is really good mixed in drinks. I can testify that taking collagen regularly will definitely improve your nails! Mine are very strong and long now. Used to be very, very brittle and flaky. It probably helps my hair and gut lining too, but it’s easier to notice the improvements in my nails! I only use one scoop per serving twice a day. One scoop stirred into oatmeal and one scoop added to a drink later in the day. That may be why I’m good with the flavor/sweetness issue.

Taste is ok. I mix it into my coffee. Dissolves easily. I only use one scoop as it’s pretty sweet and two scoops was too much sweetness. I wouldn’t describe the chai flavor as terribly chai-tasting but it was close.
