Why did you change from menthol to pectin, 30 ct to 25ct menthol was so much better!!!!

You’ve got your cough drops brands mixed up. Luden’s has always used pectin. They have never used menthol in the wild cherry drops.

You should absolutely get free shipping on autoship if you’re a Prime member. That’s the whole point of paying for Prime, so yes.

Has the recipe changed in the last few months? the 2-bag wild cherry order i just received from amazon smile does not have the intense cherry flavor.

Why does the back of the package still say the active ingredient is pectin--which it has been for the several orders I have made for the cherry or for the watermelon flavors over the past few years, but on Amazon's page for this product (the same page whose photographs I am referring to), menthol is listed? I hate menthol and would not order anything with menthol in it. It seems that Luden's may manufacture some drops with menthol and others with pectin and no menthol. I need to be sure which type I am ordering.
