First, let me start by saying that the Amazfit Active 2 is an outstanding product both in terms of its value and as a smart watch/fitness tracker. It is amazing for the price point. It does nearly anything you’d like or out of a smart watch and it works both with Android and iOS. I needed (well, more like wanted) a smart watch to use with my work phone and did not want to spend a lot of money. Several months ago, I saw some online reviews of this particular watch and became very curious due to its inexpensive price. I ordered it during a holiday sale and I have been blown away. It looks and feels like a much more expensive watch. The hardware is polished and looks like something you can wear when you get dressed and don’t wish to have a sports watch on. It is slim and light, is nice looking, and the display is clear. The vibrating motor is also good when you don’t want the audio notifications pinging every time you receive notifications. And as for battery life, I normally average 8-10 days of usage before nearing total depletion, depending on how active I’ve been (although your mileage may vary). On the fitness side of things, there are modes for many dozens of different activities. In my testing, I’ve run using both this watch and an Apple Watch and the readings for distance, speed, and heart rate are very comparable. That indicates to me that the sensors on this watch are very good. It has sleep tracking and includes a readiness score, which you normally don’t see this except on much more expensive watches. However, I’m not sure how accurate the readiness scores really is. Sometimes the scores seem too generous for how I should feel, particularly after a rough day, a tough workout, or a bad nights sleep, but the actual sleep metrics (REM, awake, deep sleep, etc) seem to be close enough to the readings I get from a ring I wear so that’s another plus. Everything is accessible and works on your phone via the Zepp app which I feel is clean and easy enough to navigate. This watch also supports the ability to download offline maps and music onto the watch. However, I found it difficult to do not so much because it was a complicated process, but rather there is very little additional storage space available. You may be able to download one specific map, but I don’t think you’d have enough space for anything beyond that or for a map with a large coverage area. As far as music is concerned, it appears you’d need to download individual music files to listen on your watch but again there is insufficient space to download numerous tracks or a playlist. I could not find a way to load Spotify, Amazon Music, or other streaming service. Regardless, those a minor issues when you take into account the price of the watch. Loading offline maps is usually reserved for much more expensive devices but I bring it up simply because the literature says it can be done. Overall, I give the Amazfit Active 2 five stars and two thumbs up. I’ve really enjoyed using it and am anticipating buying my wife one as well. Do be aware there is an Amazfit Active Watch (not the 2), which is square, while the Active 2 is round, so don’t make the mistake if you decide you want to purchase this one. With that said, if you are on the fence about buying a smart watch that can cover most of your everyday health, fitness, and lifestyles needs, don’t hesitate in buying this one. At the current price, it’s an absolute bargain. At the price I purchased it for, it was a steal! Thanks Amazfit for such a great product.

Nice watch that does everything I wanted it to. I looked at Garmin, but to get a watch with sapphire crystal and AMOLED display would cost significantly more. I mostly wanted sleep tracking, but the other health and fitness tracking features are a plus. I also like that I can view my messages on it. The battery lasts a week and takes about an hour and a half to charge.

This is a great watch for the money. This watch does an excellent job of tracking sleep including short naps. The battery is great, lasting 6 days on a standard 2-hour charge. The Zep Flo app on the watch makes the AI work better than any I've used before and is easily voice activated for choice of responses to text messages. The Zepp app installed on the phone makes this watch worth it's weight in gold. I've used the Zepp app on other Amazfit watches before but the Active 2 update of the Zepp app adds much more. I can't see how anyone could not appreciate the value of this watch.

Overall I’m very impressed with this watch. The battery life is about 7 days. It has plenty of functionality with workout trackers, heart rate, steps, weather, etc. It also recognizes a workout or walk even if you dont start it manually. The app is easy to use.

I have purchased 3 of these for friends and myself, Real GPS without phone. Battery Lasts me two weeks a charge with lift to wake turned off. I also own a T-Rex 3. and this watch is way better, has all the same functions, better battery life, and looks better too.

I'm older. I own two highly rated and expensive fitness watches and could not understand their programming so they did not give the access to the information I wanted quickly. I bought this watch because it was cheap and simple (like me). It gave me the best experience that I ever hd with a fitness tracker/time/body fuction/etc. that I was looking for with a minimum set up time. Because to the low price, I simply ignored the information I did not care about

Watch battery last days and days!!! The connectivity is great, and all notifications come straight to the watch no problem from samsung. Love the fitness tracker and heart rate monitor the most.
