I like this product. Helps clear thinking when you study. Better start with 1/2 pill. Otherwise personaly I have bad headaches and too powerful dreams. AI says the dose is too high for me. It says best option is to take 2 days break every week. And take it only after meal before 2pm.

I have been taking this, once a day in the morning, for about 6 weeks. I'll start by saying that my memory actually tests out as pretty poor during professional tests. My attention and memory are so poor that I have actually quit driving for safety reasons. I am only 26 years old and because of my age my doctors aren't too interested in looking into my memory problems, so I decided to try to improve my situation on my own. I started out with quite a few supplements... large DHA pills, acetyl l-carnitine, ALA, etc. I took these all together, it was a lot of pills and had minimal results. I decided to simplify my supplement regimen and ditched the old supplements for a single Himalaya bacopa pill every morning. I have been on this supplement for 6 weeks now and I feel a lot better. I feel much more alert to my surroundings and my recall is much better, and I am not having trouble with facial recognition and getting lost as much. My husband has noticed my memory and attention are better. This is a wonderful supplement and I would suggest it to anyone having acquired mild to moderate cognitive or memory difficulties. A note about the lead content some people are nervous about: the lead in this product is far below the amount of lead permitted in supplements, and much below the average daily lead intake. Apparently a lot of natural supplements contain trace amounts of lead at non-toxic levels due to natural lead in soil and then plants, so personally it is not something I am scared of. Another note about the ingredients: This supplement contains both whole plant and extract ingredients, so it gives a wide range of components of the plant, which from my reading makes for a more effective bacopa supplements.
