I even bought a Techivorm coffee maker that brews coffee at the perfect temperature to deliver those profiles. Get the beans and grind daily. You get the best results of the coffee flavors that way. I used to buy from a small coffee distributor called Weaver that had excellent coffees. But retirement and cost made me have to seek lessor expensive coffee bean alternatives. I read up on this San Francisco Bay Medium-Dark Fog Chaser bean. I decided to try a 2 lb bag. I received it a couple days ago. I anticipated what was I gonna get from this bean. To my delight and surprise it hit on all my taste buds! The flavor is robust and smooth, but not overpowering. I have always liked a little creamer in my coffee to take away the bitter taste, but this kept the coffee flavor present. This is a good coffee! I’ll buy it again. It’s a great alternative to some other high priced coffee beans and still get what you want…great coffee flavors and taste. Enjoy it! I did.

**Q: Are the beans fresh, shiny?**
A: When beans are shiny that usually means that they have been been roasted at high temps to make the bean darker. The moisture and oil comes out of the bean at that point

**Q: Is your coffee gmo free?**
A: "Coffee has long been genetically modified since the late 1890's-1900's."

This is absurd. Hybridization and the genetic modification that takes place in a laboratory aren't even remotely close to the same thing. I know it's an old question, but this ridiculousness needs to be squashed whenever it rears it's ugly head.

**Q: Is the coffee bean oily for you?  The bag I got has oil at the bottom of the bag.  Is this a one off or normal?**
A: I have not ever experienced oil at the bottom of the bag. The beans have always been clean - and good.

**Q: do you carry hazelnut creme coffee, 2 or 3 lb bag**
A: Are you serious? I am a customer. But, I will say that I have never seen Hazelnut in any store, and I do not believe on Amazon. I might be wrong, but I do not think they offer a flavor or blend.
