How do I apply them correctly?

They probably work better on larger arms

They are made well, but just don’t stay put. I spend more time adjusting them between sets than I care for. They do nothing to help with the pain, probably for that reason, but bottom line, that’s why I bought them and they just don’t work for me. Also the large patch where the logo is will cut into your bicep if you don’t get it fastened on the back of your arm. These probably work better for people with larger more developed arms. They just didn’t work for me.
