I have not had much luck with some dried fruit powders before, and it seems that freeze-drying preserves the taste better than drying alone. I tested the powder by mixing a little bit into a glass of water, and it tastes like fresh raspberries. There is no added sugar, it comes in a resealable bag, and the expiration date is March 2026. I wish there were some information on how many raspberries would equate to one tea or tablespoon of the powder, especially if I want to use the powder in baked goods. However, there is plenty in the package to experiment, and figure out the right ratio.

Very little flavor - which surprises me. I've had freeze dried raspberries and the flavor is usually quite potent. But this powdered form barely adds any flavor when added to a protein shake or tea. Really didn't expect that at all.I've started using it in hydration/energy drinks to add some healthy nutrients and a bit of real raspberry flavor. In that regard it works well - but it's a pricey add-in for how little flavor it adds unfortunately
