Difficult to dispense
This is good lotion, but the pump dispenser is terrible. The pump mechanism stops working with ~1/4 of the lotion stuck in the bottom. Unless one is willing to throw away that orphan remainder, it is necessary to cut off the lower part of the plastic container and scoop out the lotion. This problem would not be so annoying if the technology of the pumping system were brand new and not yet perfected. But it is many, many decades old, and there is no reason it shouldn't work properly. The customer service is helpful to the extent of offering a coupon (useable is a store, I suppose), but there seems nothing they can or will do about their dispenser. This problem occurs with each container I purchase.
