Worth the money
Honestly, didn't expect this to be the best I've ever purchased but as a young adult buying her first bed on her own, this was a great buy. We bought it with a platform frame that we also found on Amazon and they pair together great. My fiance set it up for us and said it unrolled quickly and we both swapped to this from a 100% memory foam mattress and both have been sleeping better. I recommend this to individuals who may also struggle with back pain or discomfort since the firmness is perfect to support but comfortable enough you hardly think about it being a hybrid mattress

Absolutely love this bed waited a couple weeks before reviewing but extremely comfortable and bouncy it’s not hard I didn’t feel any springs it’s extremely comfortable 10 outta 10 I’d recommend

Do not buy from this seller
Do not buy this. This is the hardest, thinnest, most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. It's not even 12 inches thick. When you lay on it you can feel the inside of the mattress. The seller refuses to help ship the item back to get your money back too. If I could give it 0 stars I would and I don't ever leave bad reviews.

Soft/comfortable
Came compressed in a heavy box. Took a day or so to fully expand. I walked/ jumped on it on the flat spots to fluff it up and that seemed to work. It’s very comfortable for me and I have some back issues. It is a fairly soft mattress. Not firm. Definitely worth it.
