I haven't used this long enough to know whether/how it works. However, it tastes good, and feels like a reasonable price to try.

I am almost done with the first container and I can tell a difference with my fingernails, hopefully soon I will have less hair shedding. The taste is good, seem to be pretty effective so far.

These are not good hair. Vitamins made my hair fall even more. I'm losing more hair than I was before started taking these. Won't buy again. Going back to my original hair vitamins. Only reason why I bought these was because of the cost and my original brand was out of stock. I guess you get what you pay for you. Go to a lower cost. That's what you get

I have to be honest and say that I have not taken these long enough to really see a difference. Menopause is killing my hair, so I am definitely keeping my fingers crossed and hoping this does work well.
