Very disappointed customer! *by E***Y on 11 July 2025* I barely had the pen for a month, and it worked great the first time I used it. After the first time using it, it stopped working. I tried to find the reset button and there is not one. I tried to find information online to help and there is nothing out there to help with the pen I received. The LED lights stopped working, the SD card would not store videos longer than 10 seconds or pictures. Not worth the money at all!
