It is a good supplement for joint problems. It helps to maintain the cartilage between joints from further degeneration. In 2012, I suddenly developed severe hip pain and could not walk more than 10 mins and could not bend properly on my left hip side. I was told by my orthopaedic surgeon that it is the beginning of osteoarthritis. He further said I will have to live with pain in hip joint and later would need hip replacement after few years. I started taking Seatone 1 capsule daily after breakfast. I started feeling the benefits after 3-4 months. Today, I am 68+ and walk normally, am fully pain free on my hip, thanks to Seatone.
