I bought this adapter so that I could use an old set of Logitech 5.1's on my PC that currently does not have the compatible 5.1 sound card. The sound quality is no different than playing regular stereo audio through them directly. Thanks to Luke for sharing pics of the same speakers, else I would have passed this by.For those who might not know, make sure to pick up a "male AUX to male RCA adapter" if you don't have one for PC/gaming/etc so you can plug your speakers into a headphone jack. Great product.

I Purchased this to take advantage of a 5.1 speaker system which was not being used. Works like a charm, simpler and cheaper than other options. It’s not true 5.1 audio, but does a good job of distributing your stereo input into all five speakers.

I needed an adaptor to go from the audio jack on my TV to a surround sound system I had. I already had a splitter to go from one (green) audio jack to a red & white (left & right) audio output. I needed another adaptor to move from the two red/white connectors to the 3-cord (green-black-yellow) surround sound system. This worked perfectly the second I plugged it in: beautiful surround sound through all 6 speakers. Awesome.

This product does exactly what it's supposed to do! Very straightforward! I like the quality as well!!Would definitely recommend!
