This provided instant and I mean instant relief. Such a great stretch if you use all the levels. This is not comfortable by any means and the material is very hard but it provides a deep stretcher and loosens you up. I don’t recommend if you have disc issues but muscle tightness and soreness this works wonders. It’s going to take getting used too I will admit especially in the beginning but it gets better. Highly recommend

Not magic, not a replacement for mobility work or medical care, but definitely great to have around for recovery and back tightness. My husband keeps stealing it, so apparently I need to buy another one.
