Great quality and good battery life
Great buy, really sturdy and reliable. I bought this for my husband to get around and it had not disappointed. The scooter is comfortable an had an impressive battery life: would definitely recommend!

Very nice scooter - good power
Purchased for my husband who has neuropathy and he loves it. We havenโt taken it anywhere yet but he has been using it around the neighborhood.

Gets you around and solid.
Did not come with owner manual? So it make it difficult to now specifys on how to reset and where to find this button. Battery not holding full charge had to order second battery and only owned a month will update later. A good solid product otherwise. Update company sent a new battery and a link to download the Manuel to the scooter!

Top of the line scooter and awesome seller
This is very well made. Great quality. My 11yr old grandson put it together (seat, baskets and mirrors) . Gavin my grandson said Mema this is the supreme model- top of the line. My son bought it for me for my 70th birthday. I love it. Smooth drive awesome turn radius and of course I love the speed. The company comunited often to let me know of tracking and any info that I may need. This was a perfect experience all the way around. I totally recommend Eldryvon and this seller.

broken parts
when the battery arrived the clips in the casing was broke. Hopefully it will still run ok. we had to just sit the halves together and hope it holds

I had a positive experience with this vendor. there was an issue with the battery, but the vendor was very helpful with resolving it quickly. I would recommend this company for their professional behavior when it comes to customer assistance. They're feedback keep me from buying the wrong version of a charging unit, and i am grateful that they responded so quickly. so far, I am pleased with my Scooter purchase. I haven't taken it on the road yet but look forward to enjoying my riding adventures.
