If you're prone to breakouts and/or acne scars, you NEED to get this product! I was honestly a little sceptical when I first bought this because of just how glowing some of the reviews were, but I am now very much a convert. I found this product after a new sunscreen caused a particular bad breakout a few weeks ago - I was genuinely amazed by how much this product helped. It dried out my pimples incredibly quickly, helped the little scars/scabs fall away sooner, and has made a noticeable difference to the discolouration they left behind as well. My skin also feels considerably smoother when I'm using it regularly. I'm an experienced acid user and personally use this twice a day without any issues. HOWEVER, I have learned to be very careful about combining it with other acidic/active products. The only time this toner has irritated my skin was when I combined it with a 5% niacinamide lotion - apart from that, no irritation or dryness at all. For me, this has absolutely lived up to the hype! I went into it expecting to be underwhelmed and have ended up wondering why I didn't try it sooner.

Amazing I’ve been using for a month and my skin is softer

This got rid of the chicken skin on my arms. For some reason, I broke out in little white heads on the backs of my arms after the birth of my daughter. Then it turned more into chicken skin. I'd seen a few dermatologists online recommending this and thought why not as it's pretty affordable. Wow.. I used it in the night before bed and woke up to probably, a 60% improvement! I carried on and it's worked. I wish I took a before and after. I don't need to use it constantly. Just now and again. I also used it on my teenage sons pimples on his back, with the same results. I'd deffo use it in the night and make sure to use SPF in the day. This stuff is great.. don't forget to patch test!! It's an acid.

Excellent product totally worth the price. I use it for body acne and if prevents new breakout and also lightens the marks. Use it for 2 to 3 months to see the effect. A must-have if you're acne prone like me!

This toner has become a staple beyond just my face. I started using it on my underarms and it's noticeably brightened the darker areas after a few weeks of consistent use — same with rough, discolored spots on my knees and elbows. It's gentle enough that I haven't had irritation (though I'd say start slow and skip right after shaving). The bottle is huge for the price and a little goes a long way on a cotton pad. My skin texture overall is smoother and more even-toned. It's become one of those multi-purpose products I always keep stocked. Classic The Ordinary — effective, no-frills, and affordable.

El producto es muy bueno, yo lo compre para aclarar codos y rodillas, lo he usado por un mes, quizá un poco más y si he notado una mejoría en la pigmentación, esto debe ser acompañado con bloqueador solar si sales al sol, el producto solo ponlo en la noche y no es necesario frotar solo ponlo con un algodón y solito te exfolia, deja que se seque y pon tu crema corporal después, úsalo máximo 2 veces a la semana, para que no leciones tu piel y haga el efecto contrario de iperpignentacion por laseraciones.

J'utilise ce tonique à l'acide glycolique 7 % depuis un moment maintenant et, honnêtement, je ne pourrais plus m'en passer. Au départ, j'étais un peu sceptique, surtout vu son prix très accessible comparé à d'autres marques, mais les résultats sont bien là. Ce qui est vraiment appréciable, c'est son efficacité simple et directe. Je l'applique sur mes jambes avant d'utiliser une crème à base d'urée, et c'est devenu mon combo gagnant. J'avais souvent ce problème de "peau de fraise" qui me complexait un peu, et grâce à cette routine, mon grain de peau est devenu beaucoup plus lisse et uniforme. Il exfolie en douceur sans jamais agresser l'épiderme. C’est également un excellent produit pour atténuer les taches pigmentaires. Grâce à sa concentration de 7 % en acide glycolique, il aide vraiment à unifier le teint sur la durée et à éclaircir les zones marquées. J'ai constaté une vraie différence sur les petites irrégularités de pigmentation que j'avais. Il faut simplement être régulier pour voir une vraie différence, ce n'est pas magique dès la première application. Mais pour le rapport qualité-prix et l'effet lissant sur les jambes, c'est devenu un indispensable dans ma salle de bain.
