This product has extremely poor quality. After proper replacement, the printer indicator shows that the ink cartridge is full but when I send prints, the copies are faint, stripy and barely visible. Contacted seller but they won't take returns and refund my money. They offered a replacement instead. If the first one had such poor quality, I doubt the second one is any better. I considered my money wasted; at least it wasn't a lot and that's the only reason why I bought it in the first place. It's like a gamble but at least you are not betting a lot of money.
