(20%? 40%)** A: I looked at the ingredients in the product. It never gives a certain percentage of the urea. It is however the 11th ingredient listed. I am not sure how this would translate into a percentage. I am a diabetic for 41 years now and this is the best lotion I have ever used for moisturizing my "legs" before I put my prosthetic legs on for the day. I am a double below-the-knee amputee. Have been for 14 years now. This lotion does not cause any clogging of pores or make any wounds worse.
