It us smelly

Had that a smell and taste reminiscent of protein powder that I didn't like. There are other Atkins bars that are better, in my opinion.

I started taking medication that has appetite suppression as a side effect, so sometimes I forget to eat breakfast or don't feel like eating it because nothing sounds good. Of course this catches up to me in the afternoons when I feel lethargic and get a headache. I know I need to eat SOMETHING, so I bought these on impulse. My mom was on the Atkins diet in the early 2000s and since I was a child I was convinced she was eating candy bars and I tried one and I remember thinking they were very good. Now 20 years later (yikes) that influenced me to try these lol. The high amount of protein and fiber really drew me in to these bars specifically. I've repurchased this at least 7 or 8 times now. I eat one of these at least once a day. They keep me feeling full and I love the amount of fiber in them. They taste good but not SO decadent or indulgent that I want to eat a whole box at a time, y'know? Highly recommend! The price is affordable in my opinion. They're tasty and convenient.

It’s a decently sized bar that satisfies the sugar monster, but didn't fill my stomach. Maybe it would work for an afternoon snack or a very small eater.
