I was excited to try these piping bags for my cake and cookie decorating projects, but after using them for a while, I have mixed feelings. The size of the bags is great, especially if you’re working with larger batches of frosting or icing. The 18-inch length is generous, and they hold a good amount of icing, which reduces the need to constantly refill. The plastic feels durable at first, and the bags have a nice clarity to them that makes it easy to see the frosting inside, so you can keep track of how much is left. However, after using them a few times, I noticed that they can feel a little flimsy when you fill them up with thicker frosting or heavy icing. They work fine with lighter icings or chocolate, but the thicker frostings sometimes make them harder to work with as the plastic can feel like it’s stretching too much. I’ve had a few incidents where the bags started to rip slightly at the seams, especially if I put too much pressure on them. It didn’t completely burst, but it did make things a bit frustrating. Another issue I ran into is that when I tried to use them for more detailed designs, like piping small flowers, the bag wasn’t as precise as I’d hoped. The tips would get clogged more easily, and the bag didn’t provide the level of control I wanted. While it says "anti-burst," I did have some burst incidents when trying to pipe with thicker icing, especially on larger cookie projects, which was disappointing. I did appreciate that the bags are disposable, though; cleaning them up would’ve been a pain. But, as with anything disposable, it’s a bit wasteful for regular use, and I would recommend using them sparingly for bigger projects. For smaller, lighter tasks, they do work fine, but they’re not the most reliable when you’re doing heavy-duty decorating. The quantity of 100 bags is decent, but be prepared for some that won’t perform as well as others. The price is reasonable, so they are a good option for casual bakers or for those just starting out in cake decorating, but don’t expect them to hold up under heavy pressure or more detailed work. All in all, they’re a fine product, but there are some reliability issues that could be worked on.

I got the large bags because I'm an "always make too much rather than too little!" kind of cook, and I have to say they hold up really well! I tried them using a pretty thick buttercream, and we made 4 dozen cupcakes and decorated them using 1 bag, and it showed no signs of wear when I was done. Because I got the large ones, they were a little more awkward to use than a smaller bag, but I certainly didn't fill it all the way, and once I got a system down it worked really well. Honestly, I could have rinsed this one out and reused it with no worry, they are that thick. To have 100 of this at this price? This box will outlast me!

These are good quality bags, and a great value for how many you get. I seem to always run out of piping bags at inopportune moments, and have to run out and buy them. It feels so good to be this stocked up! When I do run out, I will return here, because this is a way better deal than I usually find in person.

EXCELLENT! First and foremost, I really appreciate the packaging on these. I've bought a lot of piping bags that have come in pretty average or completely ineffective packaging and these boxes are fantastic at keeping the unused bags clean and safe from any dust that might accumulate over time. Big, big bonus points for that alone. The piping bags themselves, though, are very nice! They are thin, but thick enough and strong enough that I could really push and pull and squeeze on these without any rips or split seams. Really, really happy with these and look forward to using them in my next baking adventure.

These piping bags hold a lot. The plastic has a smooth texture. The arrive folded in half. I've been storing them in the little box they come in so they don't slide around everywhere. It's easy to fit the tip in the bag (you will need to cut the tip to whatever size you need). I love that I don't need to keep refilling the bag or make a mess because the bag is too small.
