Freezer Paper GEN181000FL, 18" x 1000ft, White

This was purchased to take to my friend who is a wild game processor. He told me 45# is what he uses and that is what I bought. This paper is not 45# and you could tell the difference immediately. We processed and packaged 2 Elk. We had to use this paper because he ran out and expected me to have a new roll so there was no returning it. We had to double wrap everything to achieve what single wrapping should have done. What a waste of money. As you can see in the picture the difference in thickness is evident.UPDATE: They sent me a replacement roll. The new roll was the proper weight paper. Evidently the first roll was either labeled wrong or they pulled it from the wrong bin. Cudos for the prompt customer service. I would not hesitate to reorder. Mistakes are made and the last time I tried to walk on water I got my feet wet.

Paper arrived on time, as I paid for expedited shipping. Then paper was not in a box or sealed in any way. So my paper was very, very dirty when it arrived. I tried to clean it the best I could but the ends are stained and black. One end of the roll was dropped and has a cut in it. So when I unroll the paper it tears a lot and is very aggravating wasting paper. This roll is not labeled so I am not sure if I got the heavier paper. It seems really thin compared to my previous roll (purchased from somewhere else). I wish I had time to send it back and get a better roll but I was in a pinch so I had to start using this roll (that is why I expedited the shipping). Not pleased!

I have used Reynolds Freezer Wrap for at least 30 years. This product is every bit as good or better than their product. The Reynolds product is priced anywhere from $3.59 to $4.79 for 50 Linear Feet. Simple math says you will get the equivalent of 20 rolls with this 1000 foot roll. The price saving is obvious. If you have the room for the larger roll this purchase is the way to go. Especially if you constantly use this product.This is a fairly heavy roll of paper and it became damaged during shipping. Of course Amazon took care of the problem.

I am very happy with Freezer Paper palettes , please tell Artists about it . I bought the Boardwalk Paper FZR184510006MTH 1000 Foot Length x 18 Inch Width, 45 Pound Paper Weight White Freezer Paper Roll . and I love it !

Butchered a deer last fall, and wrapped it in this stuff. No freezer burn at all. Excellent paper.

Since we no longer receive the paper, this is what we use to line the bird cage. It's got a plastic coating which is perhaps not environmentally the best, but I was having to put down several layers of regular butcher paper earlier, which produced more waste. On balance I think it probably passes the environmental sniff test.

This is all you need for your freezer wrapping needs. I used to use the vacu-packs but this low tech method is cheaper and you can use the paper for other things also. Just be sure and get the dispenser.

We butcher our own pigs and cows and also do game butchering for people in the area. This is a very good quality freezer paper and we had no trouble with it whatsoever. It fit onto our existing metal dispenser perfectly.
